 からだ快適倶楽部Jirakuでは、フィリピン中部のヴィサヤ諸島にあるセブ島でも営業を行なっております。
セブ本島は長細い島で、両脇を海峡に囲まれています。
 島の中部の東海岸に接する小さな島がリゾート地・マクタン島であり、
国際空港や経済特区、ホテル、ショッピングセンターがある一方美しい浜辺やダイビングスポットもあります。
島の北側には、バンタヤン島、ダアンバンタヤン島もあります。その他無数の小さな美しい島に囲まれ、そのうちオランゴ島などの無人島は冒険を求める観光客の目的地として有名です。

 A. Thai Traditional Body Massage Course

This is a study of Thai Massage starting from the basic to practical skills. Student will learn the Thai massage ethics, right positioning, its procedures, methods, prohibitions and precautions. Students who passed the course will be able to massage for relieving fatigue, muscle cramps and nervous tension. Massage will help stimulate blood and lymph circulation for physical fitness, improve body immunity for anti-aging and longevity.
 B. Thai Traditional Foot Massage Course

This is a study on how to do a Foot Massage which is adapted from the Chinese Foot Reflexology. In Thai practice, student will be taught on how to do foot massage starting from the sole of the foot so as to stimulate the wind element and balance all of the four elements in the human body (earth, water, wind and fire). Massaging under foot soles help and improve activities of the internal organs.
